Which certification?

We offer three different CIPD qualifications, which we explore in more detail below.

Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice

This entry-level qualification into HR or L&D is perfect if you are:

  • Wanting to launch a career in a people-orientated profession
  • Currently in admin or a HR junior role and want to level up your career
  • Looking to enhance team performance and take on more responsibility in the workplace

Once completed, you’ll be awarded CIPD Foundation Membership and will be able to use the designation “Foundation CIPD” after your name.

The CIPD Foundation Certificate will help you on your journey to maximising your earning potential in HR and Learning and Development.

Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management

This higher-level qualification is perfect if you are:
